In addition, clothing and shoes are returned at the highest rate year-round, because customers often buy multiple sizes with the intention of returning items that don’t fit.

A recent study of consumer behavior in North America found that eCommerce returns were as high as 23% for women’s clothing but just 4% for beauty products, with an industry average of 15%. Just a few years ago, many sources were estimating eCommerce return rates as high as 30% and, which high return rates may be the norm for some online retail categories or brands, it seems that a smaller share of online shoppers are sending back their purchases. That downward trend could be due to consumers growing savvier about online shopping and eCommerce websites using a variety of new tools such as virtual reality to help customers learn about products before they buy online. Still, it can be painful to give refunds for 15% of the orders you ship and to pay for return shipping on top of it. But returns are an important service you provide for your customers. Our Refund Policy
NOTE:
"full refund" means a refund for the cost of that one unit and the cost to ship that one unit. If you paid for 1,200 orders and 1 order was incorrect or damaged, you will receive a refund for the amount equivalent to the cost of shipping that 1 order plus the product cost. Lets say each item costs you $2.37 to ship and you paid for 1,200 orders (1,200 x $2.37 = $2,844), and one order was incorrect or damaged, you will be refunded $2.37 for our company's mistake.

We offer our clients full refunds for any orders that were cancelled and/or returned by your customer, or returned by the postal service. If the item was already delivered to your customer, we will provide your customer with a shipping label and wait to receive the item back before issuing you the refund. Once we issue you the refund, you will be able to issue a refund to your customer.

We offer our clients full refunds for any items that your customers receive broken, misplaced or incorrect items and then replace your customer's order at our company's expense.

We offer our clients full refunds for any orders that are delivered later than the expected delivery date or the promised shipping times.

Clients are entitled to a full refund if they decide to Cancel/Return/Refuse our service even after payment has been made. As long as our team can review the cancelation request via email and agree for a full refund to be processed, we will do so.
